Photograph album containing images of the dedication ceremonies associated with the dedication of the B. C. Cobb Plant of the Consumers Power Company in Muskegon, Michigan, on April 28th 1949. Of note are pictures of company leaders giving speeches, an outdoor ceremony with military personnel raising an American flag, a tour of the plant, and what appears to be a press conference with banners present that read "Helping Michigan Go Forward." Souvenir folding envelope album containing photomechanical reproductions of images of facilities, machinery, and operations of the Upjohn Company in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Envelope mailed on March 3rd 1955 to "Mrs. R. B. Ornstein" in Spokane, Washington, from Kalamazoo. Also present is a pasted note reading "Mom, I'm fine. Have just finished the Upjohn tour, leave for Chicago tonight. Will try to find time to write you a letter. Love, Russ." Includes 14 photomechanical prints. Item 10.5 x 15.5 cm.
