Discusses letters from Gen. Conway and Col. Isaac Barre that praise Boston for their public support of the colonies. Barres believes that the interests of the colonies are inseperable from those of Britain and that measures should be made to please both.

Many of the documents copied here pertain to legal issues within communities and municipalities. Some deal with Indigenous peoples learning and speaking Spanish and Moctezuma.
