The Book Production Material series contains material documenting the editing and production process for eight publications. Materials include printer's correspondence, typescripts and printer's proofs, unbound signatures, cover mock-ups, book jackets and photographs. Especially notable are the materials for Jazz From the Haiku King by James Emanuel, an expatriate living in France at the time of its production. This series also contains original artwork by Michele Gibbs.
