The Topical File contains the basic records of the Women's Glee Club collection from 1948 to 2017, with the bulk of materials falling in the 1979 to 2006 range. The file is arranged in four topics: Administrative (budgets, correspondence, handbooks and schedules, directories and rosters, meeting notes, miscellaneous items, and tour information), Concerts (programs, and tickets), Fundraising, Marketing (alumni newsletters, audition and recruitment posters, and clippings). Of particular interest in the Administrative-Correspondence folder is a copy of a 1990 letter from former president Gerald Ford to then-director Rosalie Edwards.
