The Commissions and Committees series (2 linear ft.) consists of correspondence, reports and other material relating Kauper's public service. Most notable are the Ann Arbor School Board's Special Committee to Study Racial Discrimination in the Public Schools, 1963-1964 and the Michigan State Bar Association, Condemnation Procedure Committee, 1956-1969.
