The Topical Publications series (1 linear foot) includes printed materials published to document specific events or activities such as fund-raising or one-time conferences hosted by the Michigan Sea Grant College Program. The topical publications also contain recipe books, publications addressing boating, economic opportunities, environmental concerns, and a hurricane reconstruction initiative. In addition to the more general topical subjects there is a folder that contains a number of publications that address zebra mussels and other invasive species and their effect on the Great Lakes area. Visual material is also included in the Topical series, such as two VHS tapes addressing environmental concerns, and digital materials documenting hurricane reconstruction in Nicaragua.
