"Organizations" (11), 1935-1976, concern professional and support groups associated with Interlochen. Many of them provided gifts of buildings, scholarships, and music as well as held meetings there. Arranged alphabetically, the files include mainly correspondence but also some minutes, reports, and articles. Most relate to the Maddy era although items from the Haas and Jacobi presidencies are included. The Michigan Federation of Music Clubs files document the history of the group and its long association with Interlochen.
