"Broadcasting" (2), mainly 1930-1966, includes correspondence, scripts, and related materials. It is particularly strong for the early years, 1930-1945, and "The Best from Interlochen" era, 1961-1966. The former includes correspondence with listeners and the latter with guest speakers, most of whom were quite distinguished and played active roles in the institution. For the early years, researchers should consult the Judith Waller and Franklin Dunham files in the Chronological Special Correspondents, and for "The Best from Interlochen", the Post-Maddy Administrators Gillis.
