The Audiovisual series consists of 3 subseries that classify the different types of media in the collection: Audio, Moving Image, and Digital Files. The Audio Series contains audiotapes and CD-Rs of David Cope or others in performance, usually in literary readings or interviews.

Similarly, the Moving Image series consists of videotapes, DVDs, and a DVD-R that contains video images of David Cope or others in literary readings or interviews. Notable participants include Anne Waldman and Allen Ginsberg.

The Digital Files series media includes CD-Rs, floppy disks, and USB drives. To preserve their original order, some of these digital materials can also be found in the Correspondence and Name Files series and Writings series.
