True copy of documents related to the lawsuit of C. R. Johns v. T. D. Moseley and S. W. Goodrich, 1865-1868, over non-payment of slave hire. Witnessed and certified by Frank Brown, clerk of the district court of Travis County. Filing dates to October 6, 1868.
