Binder compiled by Uniroyal Tire Company employee Dave Guindon regarding the history of the company. The album begins with a two-page history of the company written by Guindon and contains photographs showing the plant in Detroit, Michigan, and its evolution over time from a relatively small brick factory into a sprawling complex along the Detroit River. Also present are color snapshots of the plant's demolition in 1985 and several newspaper clippings about the demolition as well as photocopies of advertisements from the Morgan & Wright Company in Detroit (one of the companies that was purchased to create Uniroyal Tire), architectural renderings of the factory from the 1930s, and information about the Uniroyal Giant Tire that was developed as an amusement ride and display for the 1964-65 New York World's Fair before being subsequently modified and moved to Allen Park, Michigan, to be used as advertising for the company.
