Scope and Content:

The MTIA AM Pop Music Show Tape Recordings subseries contains 550 tapes spanning the period from 1980 to 2003. The tapes represent a morning program Sarkisian produced during this period which broadcast only popular music, in contrast to the MTIA shows which presented a mixture of musical genres. The materials are arranged chronologically by year.
