The collection is open for research use. Access to some born-digital material is restricted to the reading room of the Bentley Historical Library. Materials in Boxes 307-308 and Boxes 458-493, 495-497, as well as some born-digital materials, are restricted in compliance with the Rules of the House of Representatives 115th Congress Rule VII, which states, in part, that records created by a House committee are restricted for 30 years from the date of creation unless previously made publically available by the committee.
